All shipments are sent from our Grand Rapids, Michigan warehouse.
Standard product shipment within the continental United States is via UPS
Ground or freight line (depending on weight), unless otherwise specified
(see Expedited Deliveries section for more information). Shipping and
handling charges are subject to change.
Expedited Deliveries
If you would like expedited shipping for your order, please place
your order with our Order Entry department by calling toll free 1-800-822-7359.
All additional freight charges are your responsibility.
International Shipments, including any area outside of the 48 Continental United States
Customers in these areas will need to note the following standard order procedures and policies regarding their orders:
- Special shipping and handling charges will apply. Contact our Order Entry Department at 1-800-822-7359.
- No partial orders will be shipped. All orders will be held for complete shipment.
- Customers are advised to be certain of your import regulations and restrictions when ordering Guardsman products.
- Guardsman is not responsible for any orders that are delayed or seized by Government or Customs Officials.
- If you refuse the package at the time of delivery, Guardsman will not refund any of the purchase price or shipping charges.
International Taxes, Tariffs, Restrictions, and Regulations
International orders do not include any international, national, state, or local sales, use, or other taxes, customs duties, or similar tariffs and fees which may be required to be paid or collected upon the delivery. Should any tax or levy be made, you agree and will be responsible for paying all applicable tax or levy.
