Customer service issues are handled by the Order Entry Department.
Any product that arrives visibly damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. You must then contact Guardsman's Order Entry Department, so that a new order can be placed for your product.
If an exchange or return is necessary, the Order Entry Department will send you a return authorization number. This authorization number must be on all returned packages (not on actual product, it should be on outer boxes, or shrink wrap, etc.). Guardsman requires that returned product be in original packaging. Returned merchandise must be shipped with freight prepaid.
We cannot accept returned product, under any circumstances, after thirty (30) days. We must be notified of any shipping error within ten (10) business days. Any return is subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns are subject to inspection. Credit will only be issued for product returned in unopened, unused, saleable condition. Original freight charges will be credited only on items returned that were received in error.
